SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We use Sendle for all standard shipping within Australia, unless your location is unavailable for delivery; Australia Post Registered Post will be used.

  2. We use Australia Post International Standard shipping for all international orders.

  3. International shipping delivery time estimate is 10-15 business days from the time your order is marked as fulfilled by forSONNY.

  4. We always endeavour to process, pack and ship your order as fast as we can. During high traffic times (including but not limited to Christmas and Mothers’ Day), shipping may take longer than usual. If you have a question about when your order will be dispatched, please contact hello@forsonny.com.au.

  5. Your Goods will be delivered to the address you provide through our third party courier service aggregator Sendle. Sendle will provide tracking information. We accept no responsibility for any act or omission of Sendle or any services procured through Sendle including where such act or omission causes delay, damage or destruction to the Goods. Please refer to Sendle with any enquiries or complaints arising with shipping. . 

  6. Unfortunately through our third party aggregator Sendle we are unable to deliver to the following: hospitals, airports, P.O. Boxes including parcel lockers, locked bag, parcel collect locations, malls and shopping centres, military bases.

  7. Where prices are stated as inclusive of delivery, delivery is to the delivery point specifically accepted by forSONNY.

  8. All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that your order will be delivered within the times indicated. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.
